Limited Warranty
RefComs warrants that the product (“Intercom base”) shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials. The devices have a Warranty Period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of this product. Note: The warranty of third party sellers may be different, and if purchased from third party seller, the warranty period from the third party shall be in effect.
The warranty period of headsets, armbands, travel cases, wall chargers, and charging cables all have a sixty (60) day warranty to be from from defects in materials.
Misuse, misapplication, abuse, neglect, or accidental breakage by customer will void any and all warranties.
These warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at RefComs’ discretion, of defective or non-conforming Product, and RefComs shall not be responsible for the failure of the Product to perform specified functions, or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:
(a) any misapplication or misuse of the Product;
(b) failure of Customer to adhere to any of RefComs’ specifications or instructions;
(c) complementary equipment or software not furnished by RefComs.
Limited warranty service may be obtained by delivering the product(s) to RefComs or to the distributor it was purchased through, and providing proof of purchase or dated receipt. Customer agrees to insure the product(s) or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to RefComs, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent.
